How much will this cost?
Every engagement gets a fixed fee, agreed with you before any work begins — never a surprise hourly bill. The first call is free and without obligation, so you'll know the plan and the cost before deciding anything.
Do I need professional help if I already use accounting software?
Software handles data entry; it doesn't interpret a notice, judge how a transaction should be classified, or decide what a filing position should be. Most businesses use both — software for bookkeeping, an advisor for the judgment calls and filings.
What's the difference between GST returns and an income-tax return?
GST returns (monthly or quarterly) report sales, purchases, and tax collected under GST law. Your income-tax return is a separate, once-a-year filing on total income across all sources. Most active businesses file both, on different schedules.
I received an income-tax or GST notice — what should I do first?
Read the deadline on the notice before anything else — most have a fixed response window. Don't reply until the underlying position (the return, transaction, or credit in question) has actually been reviewed; a rushed response can be harder to walk back than a late one.
Which business structure should I register — Private Limited, LLP, or OPC?
It depends on how many owners there are, whether you plan to raise outside funding, and how much compliance you want to take on. A Private Limited Company suits businesses planning to raise investment, an LLP suits partners who want limited liability without that overhead, and an OPC suits a single founder. We'll walk through it on the first call.
What's a Virtual Accountant, and does a small business actually need one?
It's ongoing bookkeeping and financial-statement support — monthly books closed, reconciliations done, reports ready for a lender or investor — without hiring a full-time accountant in-house. It tends to matter once transaction volume grows past what founders can track themselves.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We operate entirely online — consultations, document sharing, and updates all happen over WhatsApp, phone, email, or video call. That's what lets us take on clients anywhere in India on the same fixed-fee, same-day-response basis, without either of us needing to travel for it.
Still have a question? WhatsApp us directly — no call centre, no queue.
