Register Your Company in India, Start to Finish
Private Limited, One Person Company, LLP, Partnership, or Section 8 — we help you pick the structure that actually fits your business, then handle the incorporation end to end.
Registering a company is a legal and procedural decision, not just paperwork. The structure you choose affects who's liable for what, how you're taxed, how much ongoing compliance you take on, and whether you can raise outside funding later. Getting it right at the start avoids restructuring costs down the line — converting from one structure to another after the fact is usually more expensive than choosing correctly the first time.
We start with a free call to understand your business, ownership plan, and funding intentions, then recommend the structure that actually fits — not the one that's easiest to sell. From there we prepare and file the incorporation documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and stay involved after registration so your company doesn't miss its first compliance deadlines, which typically start within months of incorporation.
Documents You'll Need
- PAN and Aadhaar of all proposed directors/partners
- Recent passport-size photographs of directors
- Proof of registered office address (utility bill + NOC from the owner, or rent agreement)
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for each director — we can arrange this if you don't have one
- Proposed company name options, in order of preference
How Registration Works

A free call to understand your business, ownership plan, and funding intentions — this decides which structure fits.

We check name availability with the MCA, and arrange Digital Signature Certificates for each director.
Document Drafting
MOA, AOA (or the LLP agreement), and all incorporation forms are prepared and shared with you for approval.
MCA Filing
Forms are filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, along with PAN and TAN applications for the new company.
Certificate & Handover
Once approved, you get the Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, TAN, and a clear list of what compliance starts from day one.

How long does company registration take?
Once documents and DSCs are ready, MCA typically processes incorporation within a small number of working days — the biggest variable is usually name approval and how quickly documents come back signed, not the filing itself.
Can I register a company with just one person?
Yes — a One Person Company (OPC) is built for exactly that. It gives limited liability without needing a second shareholder, though it has its own rules on conversion once the business grows.
Do I need a registered office to incorporate?
Yes, every company needs a registered office address on file with the MCA from day one — a home address or a shared/virtual office both work, as long as you can show proof of address and, where needed, a no-objection letter from the owner.
What happens right after the company is registered?
A compliance calendar starts immediately — a bank account needs opening, initial capital needs to be brought in and reported, and the first ROC filings have real deadlines within months of incorporation. We flag all of this at handover so nothing is missed.
